Additionally, a lack of available in-room coffee or tea and insufficient information about hotel amenities diminished the overall experience.

I had an excellent stay here while visiting the National Museum of African American History and Culture. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and offered great facilities like a coffee machine and daily cold water. The staff, especially Ben and Ice, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home, which stood out during our visit.

We had an amazing family summer trip with three grandchildren! The location is prime, just a few blocks from the metro and countless restaurants. We even got to explore beautiful Dupont Circle and all its vibrant charm! The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered us an early check in, which was crucial with the kids in tow. The valet service also went out of their way to hold our luggage after we checked out, giving us just enough time to explore before we hit the road.

Every time I'd see Bruce at the entrance, he’d greet me like I was family, even cracking some riddles which I totally wasn’t expecting.
